“ 15/10. It was a great meal, but actually it was more of an experience. The workers greeted me and my colleagues with smiles. They also gave us free fries!! How nice! ”
“ Got order correct the first time. Nice seating inside. This DQ Grill and Chill offers reasonably priced meals! They have a half price happy hour drink special 2-4 PM weekdays, ask about it. Usually younger staff, but I have found them to do an excellent job most of my visits. When I ordered my Large Chocolate Hot Fudge Sundae the young lady on front cash confirmed I wanted chocolate Ice Cream instead of putting chocolate and hot fudge on vanilla ice cream as some of them do. Long before the closing of the Great Lakes Mall and Mentor Avenue locations the Diamond Center location was on my up and coming list! Soft Seats, Great Service, and Yummy DQ food and treats. Diamond Center is the Hidden Gem in the DQ chain in Mentor! Just gotta have that Yum! ”

Best with the gravy vs. all the newer sauce options. Tasty fries to boot. Despite signs saying they were understaffed, the service was good and decent timing for the food. ”
“ Pulled up to the drive thru around 8PM. My girlfriend had our new puppy in her lap. We ordered and pulled up to the window. We didn't order a pup cup, but the sweet girls inside noticed him upon taking my card and when handing our order, gave us a pup cup for the little guy. It was such a kind gesture and really made us have one of those "good people in the world" moments. Enough to want to come write a review. DQ always kills the ice cream craving, just a little added bonus this time. Good location. ”
